Tuscola Intermediate School District Department of Special Education provides all educational programs for Wolverine Secure Treatment Facility located at 2424 Outer Drive, Saginaw Michigan. The facility is a privately owned and operated juvenile detention/treatment facility. The facility serves up to 100 youth aged 12-19 who have court related offenses.
